The author Rabbi Moshe Hariri lived in Koi Sanjak, leader of the Jewish community there. There is a biography of him in beginning of the book as well. This is one of the very few Scholarly Rabbinic works written by Kurdish Rabbis.  It is basicly a collection of all his teachings, sermons etc. It containing much information about local interest as well.

The book is from the 1860

It is re-published by Aharat Shalom in 1985
